About us
We are a family run-business, Jarmila and Rudolf Svoboda, we have been living together for 28 years already. We have a long experience in the construction industry. Jarmila worked over 10 years in property management and building repairs of offices and retail space, class A in particular, in the center of Prague, for example Praha City Center, Palladium.
Rudolf has been working on projects of a commercial character. He worked on many Czech and large international projects in Tunisia and Algeria. Rudolf graduated from the Czech Technical University, he is a chartered engineer in the field of structural engineering.
We have personal experiences with real estate as investors. We realized construction of two houses and we have been living in one of them since 7 years already. We have finalized also renovation of our three apartments in Prague where we continue to take care of one of those.
